And all of these systems can be controlled via a single user interface; a touch panel, wall mounted keypad or wireless handheld remote control that can “speak” to all of these systems with the touch of one button. Or you could control and monitor your home or office from anywhere in the world. Welcome to The Jetsons! Today, you can hold up your phone and it will show you all the dry cleaners within 10 blocks of where you’re standing and give you verbal directions how to get there. Today there are over 60,000 apps written just for the iPad, covering any imaginable task you can think of for a product that was only launched in April of 2010. And today, did you know you can control your entire home with either of these devices? You can.

But where do you begin? Is my mobile device really all I need to control my home?

Well, that’s where Ultimate Sound & Installations, Inc. comes in. We’ve been around long enough to see past the shiny advertisements offering you total smart home control with the touch of one button. The truth? Don’t believe everything you read. Some equipment works and some equipment does not. Some equipment functions well on its own but doesn’t play nice with other equipment. Our trained and certified technicians take the painstaking time in R & D to put up promising new equipment on the bench and find out what it’s really made of. And while we are always looking to the future to stay on the cutting edge, we stay focused on designing systems that consistently work, are reliable and simple to use. Period.

Yes, twenty five years in any business is a feat. Twenty five years in the technology business is truly a milestone. And if there’s one thing we’ve learned in all the time we’ve now been in business, it’s that while everything changes, some things will always remain the same. And one of the most crucial things that will never change is our attention to customer service.
